Prices 2024

Apple Blossom and Hiking Weeks:  from April 07 th until May 04th and from October 5th, you can stay with us free for a seventh day, i.e. you only pay for 6 days.

Rates

Prices are per day, assuming a minimum stay of 4 days, and include electricity and water. For stays of up to 3 days, we make an additional final cleaning charge of €25. Children under 3 years of age stay free, whilst children up to 6 years of age pay €8.00 per day. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. We thank you for your understanding.

Additional charges: As of 01.01.2014 a local tourist tax is payable in addition to the cost of the apartment. This is € 2,00 per person per day for adults and young people over the age of 14 years.

Arrival and departure: The apartments are available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival. We kindly request you to vacate them by 10.00am on the departure day.

Right of withdrawal: In the area of accommodation services, the guest has no right of withdrawal under Italian consumer protection legislation; however we allow the following conditions of cancellation:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Should it not be possible for us to lease the apartment to anyone else, then in the case of a cancellation 3 weeks prior to the planned arrival date we will make a charge of 50%. In the case of cancellation 1 week prior to the planned arrival date, the charge will be 100% of the original booked price. In case of late arrival or early departure, we will be obliged to charge for the total period booked. A deposit is required for all reservations. In the event of a cancellation, depending on the amount of the deposit, €200 will be retained. We ask for your understanding in this respect.

Problems can always happen either before or even during your holiday. For this reason we recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance cover.

Payment

We request that you pay for your stay in cash.

Data Protection

In accordance with Law No. 196/2003 we would like to inform you that your data will only be used and stored for the processing of this application and will not be given to third parties or distributed. Regarding data processing, your rights are set out in Article 7 of Law No. 196/2003. Rights owner is Wilhelm Runggaldier.
